Ordered Sun Drenched Blooms for my brothers wedding anniversary. My sister in law sent me pictures of it and I have to say Garlington Florist did an excellent job! Living in a different state, I googled florists in the area that my family lives. I have been using this florist for at least 4 years and I have to say I am never disappointed in the bouquets that my family receives! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!

I placed an online order for Mother's Day, not realizing the shop would be closed on Sunday. Late Saturday, just before closing, the owners personally called to ask when I'd be picking up the flowers. I explained I was an hour away and wouldn’t make it in time. Rather than turning me away or asking me to come on Monday, they went above and beyond—they arranged for the flowers to be delivered to my home instead. This is what true customer service looks like. The flowers were already paid for—they could have easily said "too bad," but instead they chose to make it right. The flowers were beautiful, and the kindness shown was even more impressive. I’ll be ordering from Garlington Flowers again and again. Excellent quality and outstanding service—what more could you ask for?
